2026-2027 Tuition for Kindergarten - 8th Grade (annual)

  • Kindergarten - 4th Grade - $11,490  

  • 5th - 8th Grade - $12,300

Financial Aid through BCA

BCA offers competitive tuition rates with options to pay weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, semi-annually or annually (discounts are given for paying semi-annually or annually). For families who do not qualify or receive the Tennessee State assistance through the ESA or EFS programs listed above, BCA offers families who have a rising kindergarten - middle school student the opportunity to apply for our school's own financial assistance program. BCA financial aid applications are being taken for kindergarten through eighth grade for 2026-2027. Click HERE to begin the online application. BCA's school code is 5070. A $60 application fee is charged by the company that processes our applications.

FEES

$250 Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit - Families of K - 8th grade students must pay the $250 tuition deposit. This amount will be applied to the family's account as an early tuition payment. Due March 1. 

$100 one-time application/testing fee for NEW rising K - 8th graders

$125 Non-Refundable Annual Technology Fee (due July 1.) 

Extended care for K - 8th students - 3:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. - Parents may choose number of days and includes morning care, which is 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.

See Extended Care Rates. Lunch is not included in tuition for K - 8th grade.

Sibling discount - $200 off annual tuition for the second (or more) sibling in K - 8th. For sibling students who are in the infants - PK4 program, families will receive $5 off of the weekly rate of the child in the pre-k program. 

BCA also accepts the Tennessee State Child Care Certificates for ages Infants - Pre-K4.  Learn more about our Early Childhood Education program.
