Tuition Rates 

Payment Options

All students (new and re-enrolling) must pay a $200 enrollment fee. New students must pay an one-time $50 registration fee.

A payment plan must be arranged before students will be allowed to register. The semi-annual and annual discount will only be applied if the tuition is paid by the scheduled deadline. Monthly payments begin in July with the last payment in April. There will be a service charge on any returned checks or drafts. Any account that becomes 30 days past due will be charged a late penalty charge.

Each family will be responsible for the annual tuition (as of July 1^st). No portion of such fees paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled in case of withdrawal or dismissal from Belvoir Christian Academy of the student enrolled. Student records and transcripts will not be released unless the account has been paid in full. The deposit fee will not be refunded.

 Payment Schedule

Tuition and fees are due by the 1^st of each month. Tuition may be paid using one of the following payment schedules. 

• One payment, due June 15 (discount of 3%)

• Two equal payments due June 15 and December 15 (discount of 3% off the first payment)

• Quarterly payments of four equal amounts due on or before July 1^st, October 1^st, January 1^st and April 1^st.

• Ten payments, via automatic bank draft due on the 1^st or 15^th of each month from July through April.

Fees and charges

Once enrolled, the monthly tuition will be automatically drafted from a checking or savings account on either the first or 15^th of each month until the school year ends. No refunds or adjustments will be made for any reason.

All checks and/or money orders should be made payable to Belvoir Christian Academy. All cash payments should be made directly to the financial office.

Late fee policy

There will be a late fee added to all past due accounts. Any account that becomes 30 days past due will be charged a late penalty charge.
