I grew up moving all
over the east coast, but have now lived in Chattanooga for nine
years. I graduated from high school in 2002 and went straight
on to complete my undergraduate studies at Covenant College. I took an Introduction to
Teaching course and discovered I had a passion for teaching, and
thus I pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education.
I greatly value my education from Covenant, and after graduating
in 2006, was excited to be offered an opportunity to put into
practice all that I learned as the third grade teacher at
Belvoir
Christian Academy. I have been blessed by my
experience at BCA, and feel privileged to be a part of the many
things the Lord is doing in the school.
Other things I enjoy
include reading, writing, outdoor activities, and youth
ministry. I attend Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church where I
am actively involved in the high school youth ministry program.
